These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and Bonuss88, governing your access to and use of the website located at bonuss88.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and related promotional activities.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on Bonuss88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Bonuss88 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person in registering or using an Account.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily or as a result of enforcement action by Bonuss88.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of Bonuss88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to any applicable self-exclusion order in connection with gambling activities.

Bonuss88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in Account suspension pending review.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory requirement prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the relevant Account flagged for investigation.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (method-dependent; cryptocurrency minimum equivalent varies).
• Maximum deposit limits apply per method and per 24-hour period, as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Bonuss88 does not charge deposit fees on most methods. Network or processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the User.
• Deposit processing times vary: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically instant; FPX and bank transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations (15–60 minutes depending on coin and network congestion).

Bonuss88 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements on any deposit it deems suspicious or inconsistent with a User's established activity profile.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met prior to processing:

• The User's Account must be fully KYC-verified.
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be satisfied in full.
• The withdrawal request must not exceed the User's available real-money balance.
• The Account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or restriction flags.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible. Bonuss88 may require additional verification or request an alternative method where the original method does not support withdrawals.

Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover multiplier") before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet per round applies (typically between RM250 and RM500). Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games typically contribute 10–20%. Game contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses have a stated expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claim). Uncompleted wagering and associated bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.

Bonuses are subject to the Fair Use Policy — systematic exploitation of bonus offers using irregular play patterns, arbitrage, or coordinated group activity is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to Bonuss88's Sportsbook and Casino House Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The following general principles apply to all wagering activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bonuss88 is not liable for erroneous bets placed by the User due to technical misunderstanding or human error, provided that the bet was accepted at accurately displayed odds.
• Bonuss88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error in odds compilation. Void bets will have stakes returned to the User's Account.
• In the event of technical failure during a live bet or game session, Bonuss88's records constitute the definitive account of the transaction. Where outcomes cannot be verified, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded at Bonuss88's sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, per game, and per day. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting market interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual (duplicate accounts);
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial transaction;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers including bonus hunting, scalping, or arbitrage betting;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to operate your Account;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure or the experience of other Users.

All content on the Bonuss88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bonuss88 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not authorise you to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Bonuss88.

Unauthorised use of any Bonuss88 intellectual property — including but not limited to brand impersonation, website scraping, or unauthorised reproduction of game content — will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bonuss88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming balances resulting from Platform unavailability or technical malfunction;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that may have been subject to technical error;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of services for maintenance, security, or regulatory compliance purposes.

Bonuss88's total aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of that User's Account balance at the time the claim arose.

Bonuss88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe;
• Notification from a financial institution or payment provider of a chargeback or dispute associated with the Account;
• Determination that the Account holder is ineligible to use the Platform under Section 3;
• At the Account holder's own request (voluntary closure).

Upon Account termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the most recent verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact the Customer Support team via live chat. Voluntary closures are processed within 2 business days.

Bonuss88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the amendment is material, Bonuss88 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or on-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of Bonuss88. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to seek resolution through the following process:

2. Escalation: Where a dispute cannot be resolved at first contact, it may be escalated to our Compliance and Disputes team for a formal review, with a response issued within 14 business days.
3. Final Determination: Where a dispute remains unresolved following the formal review process, Bonuss88's decision shall constitute the final and binding determination, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
